In 2016, Mid-Summer Lounge was founded in the city of Champaign. We are solely dedicated to providing high-quality, healthy, and traditional noodles with satisfactory service. Mid-Summer Lounge was forged by a group of like-minded people who wanted to bring local Chinese cuisine to students studying abroad as well as local residents. With years of diligent and enthusiastic work, our restaurant built a brand with the idea of delectable and authentic Chinese noodle dishes. With a special routine, every day; the store starts to prepare handmade noodles, diverse toppings, and even freshly grind up soybeans to make the soymilk. We are delighted to see customers coming in with expectations and leaving with satisfaction. It is our goal and motivation to fill customers’ stomachs and hearts with our authentic traditional Chinese noodles to flourish our cultural heritage.
